I have a 5 inch rough country lift on my Hemi 2500 and I got the diesel coils with my kit and it sat 6.5 inches over stock with out adding tires. So my answer would be yes it will add lift how much may vary mine is a 4 door long bed.
Heres mine

diesel springs would make it sit higher, but the have a higher spring rate so it might not ride all that well.
What lift are you looking at?

Your going to have problems if you only got spacers and blocks. That combo is going to probably give you 5" of lift. Your sway bar links aren't going to last and your track bar will give you all sorts of problems
