Default electrical problems

Hello, last night i left my lights on inside my truck and the batery was dead this morning. I replaced the battery and then noticed that my instrument pannel light, my head lights, and tail light were on with the switch off. The light go out when the key it turned off. I also have no brake lights, hazzards, blinkers, high beam, or parking lights. The dash indacator lights work, they tell me the highbeams are on when i flip the switch as well as the blinkers and hazzards, but nothing out side. The rear cab brak light does work. I have checked all fuses and relays, they are all good. Then I noticed my wipers do not work either, the relays is good for the wipers. I was thinking it could be the muiltyfunction switch in the column, I just don't want to throw parts at it till its fixed. Please help and thank you for your time.

Now today I unplugged the fcm to make sure all connection were clean, and now all the same problems as above, but now it wil not come out of park, the shifter is locked. Pressing the brake peddle does nothing.
