Hedmans LT here. Been taken off 3 times and still hassle free in bolting them back up.
Used OEM exhaust gaskets.

If you get the Pacesetters I would get the painted version then find a good local shop to have them stripped and coated. From what I have read on different forums the factory coated isn't much better than paint. Maybe that has changed but if you want to keep them looking nice its the only way to go.

On Moes website they have them with an option for heavier duty coating know anything about that?

That is the type of thing I was talking about getting done.
That is very good coating.

If you look at the price of the headers painted vs the cost of them jet coated the difference is $260? thats not bad for that type of coating.

A 5 years ago I paid like $150 to get shorties coated and a few years before that $100 for a turbo housing.

be very careful with them durning the install. last thing you want to do is scratch up the nice coating. use some old towels or something to wrap them in while putting them into place.
