Default Good body shop

Monday was not a good day as some F***tard backed out of his spot right into my front bumper. He was nice to not leave and gave me his insurance (California Casualty) info so I dropped by my favorite body shop www.motorsport-concepts.com on the out of the way home and he gave me an estimate. Brand new sport bumper cover is only $264.00, total bill is $700, I sent estimate and pictures to California Casualty.
On Tuesday Jared at the body shop calls and said that California Casualty wants to put a remanufactured front bumper cover on and save $39.00 and you don’t want this!!…..OMFG so I have now spent 2+ hours on the phone fighting with them so that I don’t get this pos that is the “industry standard “and finally just now they decided to step up and pay the $39.00.
Wow, I would have paid it and Motorsport would not put the pos on it. It’s always good to know a good body shop and Jared was looking out for me! as far as California Casualty I hope no one has to do business with them!

Really sucks that it happened, but good thing the offender at least had the courtesy to own their mistake and you get your truck fixed!

Default She is fixed and I had the lower painted to match

I picked it up today New front bumper and I had the front lower painted to match, I think it turned out great and I'm thrilled that it makes the truck look lower in the front.
