I don't know about the lights that you chose being "the best", but they are certainly good quality lights. I, myself have always been partial to the KC Hi-Lighters/ Day-Lighters but that is just me. Pretty much any good quality light that you're happy with is probably the best for you. Mostly it comes down to personal opinions and choice.

As far as the switch goes... You should be able to find one that fits where you want it, and does what you want it to do. I would start off at my local speed shops and auto parts stores. If I didn't find anything there I'd move on to electronic supply/ parts stores such as radio shack or even a specialty shop. If you can't find it locally then I'm sure with enough searching you can find one online.

When you start your search make sure the switch is rated for the proper amperage and voltage. I'm not sure what the physical size of the "dummy switches" are but measuring them might be a good start there.

****edit*** I just thought that you might be able to check with your dealer's parts department to order a switch for the center panel to replace the dummy. It should work provided the amperage rating isn't exceeded.

good luck and be sure to post pics when you get everything installed

Hey man,

Have a set of PIAA lights myself and I hated the stock stick on switch. I didn't bother going to the dealer to get the AUX switch bank.

I just installed some green illuminated switches myself. Its not that complicated.

Here ya go! Send a pm if your interested

Great switch placement, what kind of a job was it to get the wiring and holes drilled for those switches?

The PIAA units are good, for a halogen, but will still look a bit weak white or yellow to you, especially if you already have HID's.

Hella has some nice lights you might be interested in:

LED units: http://www.myhellalights.com/index.p...ary-lamps/led/

Xenon units: http://www.myhellalights.com/index.p...s/xenon-lamps/

And the Xenon units are HID upgradeable:

My plan is to keep my Hella 500 Black Magic set and add the Rallye 4000 Xenon set with an HID upgrade.

If you have a 4 wheel drive, like in the image above, that is a handy place to put the switches

if you only have 2 wheel drive, you could do what i did for my auxiliary rotating orange lights & 2nd fuel tank

Does anyone know if there are aux switches available that fit the blanks where the Tow/Haul, ESP etc. switches are? I know there is an aux panel that fits the Ram panel below it but that might be more than needed and apparently almost $400 for the whole set-up.
