no that's fine. higher octane fuel is ok. when running the 91 tune you need to have 91 octane minimum; when running the 93 tune you need to have 93 octane minimum...etc...

Sorry I think 91 is all you have. I have a newer truck I think for the 2nd gen hemi and 2nd gen 4.7L they offer a 93 tune. Don't worry about it, it's basically the same tune. Superchips told me they just add some timing advance for the 93 tune and it adds approx. 3 to 6 hp.....

Yeah if you are running the 91 performance tune just make sure you have a full tank of at least 91 or higher octane fuel. You should be able to adjust shift points for each gear. I recommend that if you raise the shift pionts, don't max them out, but raise them all by the same amount....for example: if you raise 1st to 2nd shift by 200 rpm, then only raise 2nd to 3rd by 200 rpm.....etc...

All values should be safe as they "don't give you enough chain to choke yourself"....or in other words they don't give you enough adjustment to really cause issues. That said, if you redline every time you accelerate you will obviously wear out the engine quicker lol.

Also, when you adjust the torque management, I recommend not completely removing it. Leave it on at least like 5% or so.

Enjoy! SC really wakes up the truck!

It was found during beta testing of the advance trans options that a tm of between 5 and 8 percent gives the best results.

It probably (shouldn't be) any higher of a shift point if you didn't adjust it. What may be happening is it is revving a little faster, and it shifts hard into gear(since the torque management doesn't cut throttle now) and it allows the rpms to rise slightly when shifting...
