For some reason it wouldn't let me update my programmer on the computer at work, so I guess I'm just gonna have to wait until I get back home to do on my other laptop. Until then, I'm sure I'll still have plenty of fun with what came on the programmer!

To answer some of your questions, you don't have to return to stock to update the tuner, I never do and haven't had any issues. 4wd shouldn't give you any issues. The tuner basically only adjusts fueling and timing advance (and some transmission shift points ans TM, etc....) so all other functions of the truck remain the same (4wd, tow/haul mode, etc...). All you really need to know is to have the correct octane fuel for the tune you are using, and make sure you never tow or haul heavy loads with the performance tunes. If you will be towing/hauling make sure to re tune to either the stock tune or the tow tune. Also, I believe you need to run 91 octane with the tow tune.
