Default Rickson questions

I've been checking out Rickson's wheels for about a month now and have some questions for anyone running their wheels. According to their web site, the only two types they currently offer are the steels (exact fit) or Vision Type 81 Chinese made brand alloys that have some craze offset. Has anyone installed the Chinese wheels? Regrets or like them?
I also see they offered forged wheels but are currently on back order. If you were lucky enough to get a set before they ran out, how do you like them? The steelies are priced right, but are double the forged weight, and I don't really care for their color choices; would prefer chromed but, there again, on back order.

Tire questions: I'm looking at the 245 size but may also consider the 265. I want a M/S rated tire but do not want to spend a fortune for just tires. There are a couple of brands that are under $300 but do not know about the quality, and some tread patterns just look like they would beat you up on the road. What are some recommendations for both size and brand? I kind of like the Firestone FD690 PLUS but can get the Hankook DH01 for about $50 less per tire, and it is more aggressive.

Any info is greatly appreciated.
Stock, for now...

I personally like the look of steel wheel better.
Are your SRW or DRW?
The 0 offset isnt really all that ridiculous. My buddy has M/T classics with a 0 offset and 305/75/17 on his 3500 SRW and they may stick out 3/4" tops but that is alot wider of a wheel and tire.
I think 245s look to small especially on a single wheel. I would go with the 285s and 7.5" wheel actually. The 265s would be my next pick.
