I payed attention to fuel levels when the "thud" happens and like others have said it's usually really noticeable at 1/2 & 3/4 levels and I'm not braking hard either.

I dont have a 32 gallon tank but it cant be any worse than an older truck with an in cab tank. You could actually here it sloshing around like water in a bucket.

I install a Sonnax line booster 2 weeks ago and i haven't felt the ''thud'' since then.

It's weird hahaha

Ditto. Picked my my brand new Ram 1500 Tradesman with, a 32 gallon tank, just 2 weeks ago and haven't felt anything like what the OP described. But I'm also extremely gentle with my truck. I drive it like an old futz cause I am an old futz. But I'll help the OP any way I can. If there's a problem, then Dodge should fix it.

I contacted the RAM 1-800 number, and they told me to take it to the dealer for them to check out. they were not aware of any problems like this.

Default 35 G tank

I was wondering if it was just the 35Gallon tank or if the 29Gallon tank has the same problem? Also ive only been able to see in the specs that the Laramie comes with either a 98Litre (21 imp. gal) or a 121Litre (27 imp. gal) could be just different measurements (imp vs met) or different models?
