Thanks for your reply! Its to long of a story to tell atm! but would you go for the smaller tank knowing the problem with the 121L (35G)? and does anyone know if they fixed the problem for the 2012 RAM?

i have the 121L and noticed it during moderate to heavy braking, when around the 75 to 50% level.
but its not a big deal , its just a little thump .
I would not have gone with the smaller tank knowing it.

If i had the choice, i would of took a bigger tank

I had a 36gal. US (136L) in my F150 and loved that tank. Good for long road trip without stopping.
