Default Driving Me Crazy!

I have a 1999 ram 2500 with the 5.9 cummins.
I had the injector pump go dead. I replaced the booster and injector pump. I drove the truck for @ week. After the week it started taking a long time to start. I finally shot a code and brought to the shop. Replaced the injector pump and changed the crank position sensor. Still the same problem. Bought two 1000 amp batteries and it would crank right up if cool. Once the engine heats up, it will not crank. I was told that it can be the ECM but I hate to spend the money and that not be it. I brought it to the Dodge dealer and described what was going on and what was changed so as he will not replace parts that are not necessary.
Now after all of that, can anyone help me?
Ever heard of this happening?

I haven't heard of this happening before! Hopefully, someone will chime in and shed some light on it for you.
