Pretty much. Most if not all vehicles seem to have it, personally I think it looks much better, at least on the Ram, without it.

Looks great. I think especailly on the white truck without it. I think I may have to do mine this weekend.

Yes, just pull it off, wipe it clean, maybe wax it and that's it. Same paint as the rest of the truck.

I was on a lot looking at trucks while mine was being serviced the other day. From what I could tell there is no rhyme or reason for which trucks have it and which trucks dont'. There was no discernable pattern to it at all. Mine came from teh factory with tape on the passenger side and no tape on the driver's side. It took me a week to notice. I now have no tape at all.

Wow, I wonder if that was a factory mistake.

Am I the ONLY one who prefers the black tape??! The tape visually blends the windows and creates more of smooth flowing profile. I don't think it looks bad, just surprised no one else seems to like it stock. Not trying to flame at all, as long as you like it that's all there is to it.

Reminds me of the news story not too long ago showing the Chrysler workers at lunch drinking beer and smoking pot. No wonder things are forgotten!
