Default Drop in bed liner - gen 4 fitting a gen 2?

I'm getting rid of my drop in Mopar bedliner off my '11 Ram. I've got a guy that's interested but he's got a '94 Ram. Both are 6' short beds but does anyone know if it will fit?

Thanks!

No, the beds are different length's, width's and the bed rails are a different height. The cargo box of the 4th gen is very deep, where as the box on a 2nd gen is not. Not all truck beds are created equal, otherwise, ford's factory liners would fit on dodge's etc. Shapes change through the years. Your bed is 6' 4" and his is likely a 6' 6" bed.
