In 2wd form, a rcsb '09 or later hemi truck with 3.92's and 17" wheels is capable of very low 2's 60 ft times. My personal best is a 2.02, and a couple of weeks ago it went a 2.04 at Beech Bend Raceway at the end of the buick gs nationals event. That was in roughly 65 degree weather.

I have found that I get better acceleration by simply ticking down on the shift fob and then kicking it up to 5th gear. Every time I try to shift using the button it feels like it is very slow to react. I have been told by the guys at the performance shop to not use tow/haul unless I am actually towing...not sure why, but they told me that it is better to do the aforementioned method intead of using tow/haul as well.

I'm not sure. If it wasn't on the timeslip, I couldn't say.

What was your time? Low 2.xx 60' should be 13.9's at least.

I have heard mixed opinions about the tow/haul mode. Some say it has no effect at WOT If I had more runs available I was going to try running in D no tow haul!

On the Beech Bend run it was 13.82. On the 2.02 run, that was done at about 40 degrees, and it went 13.72 at 98.6. That was the quickest and fastest my truck has ever been. In fact, I'm not aware of any completely bone stock hemi truck ever going quicker, though at least one stock r/t went a bit faster a couple of years ago, and almost as quick.

My experience with tow/haul has been that it does absolutely nothing for dragstrip times.
