I have a very similar problem only it does it both ways,
more noticable turning left. I took it to a dodge dealership and the mechanic was not able to fix or find the problem, ( it still cost me $120 for a weak dignostic and some crappy lube to deal with the problem, I will go back about that.)

The ball joints were done 2 years ago with only about 20000 km on them and the front end looks tight (according to the mechanic)
I also had a wheel alignment done and the truck still behaves the same,
very tight steering (no 2 finger steering)
slight play in steering (wanders always correcting)
slight drift in steeing (seems to pull one way, but that could be caliper)
and that god awful sound that you can feel in the steering wheel that happend when you go into a 90 degree turn.

Sorry about the lengthy response/half rant, but I was hoping more people had heard of this and that it wasn't so mysterious.
