Default CEL and Blinking Dash Brake Light

Guys, I get in the truck this morning and the dash brake light is blinking and continues all the way to work (I figure fluid is low). I then go to lunch and now I also have a CEL on. At this point I go to Autozone and have them scan the ECU and the only code we see is #1 cylinder misfire. The truck runs fine and shows no sign of running rough. He reset the code and now both dash lights are now gone. I confrimed the brake fluid is full and the connector is plugged securely. Any ideas on what the problem might be? Thanks!
