Default Brake pedal sluggish to respond

Hello All. I have a rarely used 1985 RAM W350. Lately the brake pedal pressure has become mushy, and I need to pump it a few times before it responds like it should. Both fluid chambers in the reservoir are about 3/4 full. No obvious signs of leakage. Due to age of truck, is it most likely the Master Cylinder? Thanks in advance for your response.

I would hazard a guess that you are right. Also, I bet the old rubber brake lines are a bit soft and bulging when you engage the brakes.
