Default PCV valve

Im wondering if my PCV valve should be on my driver side valve cover or my passenger side valve cover! I'm wondering if it would have something to do with my lack of power problem!

I'm not sure where it is on that engine, but it probably won't hurt performance (at least not much). It would be a good idea to clean it, or replace it. They are pretty cheap and can cause oil leaks when they get clogged. There could be a slight decrease in performance from the excess pressure build up in the engine if it's clogged.

It's on the passenger side of mine. They are only a couple of bucks.
