Default Water under drivers side back seat

Just bought a 2008 ram truck and we have had alot of rain in the last few days and went to get something out from under the drivers side rear seat and found about a inch of water, just wondering if anyone has had this problem and what I might be able to do to fix it. Thanks

I'm a 4th gen but my 3rd brake light was leaking, may be the same for you. I just cleaned the original gasket off(it was crappy and porous, like a sponge, no wonder it leaked) and bought new gasket material from home depot/lowes. It worked like a charm. I actually have a write up I did if you want let me know I'll post the link.

Here's the link:

I explain in it how I checked that that was in fact what was leaking, hopefully yours is the same as it's an easy fix...

I've got a 2nd Gen and it drove me nuts. Ditto with what snrusnak said.
