Default changing out head gasket #2 ????

ok,she is put back together and she will not crank:i have triple checked the wiring and the plug-ins,i have made sure the 2 grounds on the rear of the heads are tight,i have good fuel pressure..i started at TDC and i finshed at TDC,i double checked that,(now i have not pulled the covers and looked to see if i put it back on TDC that it lines up) it choked up a couple of times but the Batt.was going down (i should have kept it charged during the process)...would i need to hook up the pipes in order for the Ox.sensors to pick up on the initial combustion in order to set the injectors to the right air to fuel mixture or is that premature at that point or would that even apply?

you said the engine will not crank, this is a starter problem and is separate from doing a head gasket.
check for voltage at the starter and see if is an electrical problem
it also could be the starter solenoid
