I Found It !!!(and quite ashamed to say it) Warning: while your vehicle is running do not accidently put the throttle body vacum hose(hastily)on the wrong male fitting on the brake booster,it will suck the rubber cap off and lodge in the hose and shut off vacum to the engine and therefore you WILL NOT have any BRAKES.i had a friend come by and take a look and we noticed something in the vacum hose and thought it might be a 1 way hose with a valve and then he said where's the rubber valve cap that goes right there and i said to hell if i know.then i remembered putting the hose on there accidently in haste to keep the truck running !!My best advice is:Remember what you do,it could save you a ton of money!!
