Default Custom Receiver Mod

Okay guys, I've got something a little weird here and I wanted to get some ideas on what I could do to change the look.

I got my 1500 a couple of months ago and it has a hitch in the front, that allowed it to be pulled from behind an RV. I will attach an image. But I'm assuming it is an 1 1/4" receiver. There are two that come out from the bumper probably a foot and a half apart or so. I want to find a way to put tow hooks or just d-rings in there. Not for towing reasons but just to cover up the damn hole in the front haha. Does anybody have any ideas what I could do. Or something different then a tow hook. Open for any ideas!!

Two things come to mind...

1. Get a receiver tube and weld on a plate with some tow hooks.

2. Take them off.

A lot of folks put these on the front of trucks to drive a trailer into a spot or to "back" a boat down a ramp.

Definitely have to look into the welding of the tow hooks. One of my buddies works for a body shop so I'll see what he can whip up.

Thanks
