Default Parking brake doesnt work

My parking brake doesnt work and the light is always on
i looked under the truck and it looks like its all hooked up but im not sure.
anyone have any ideas? when i press on the brake pedal it just clicks then comes back up on its own.

yes when ever you do brake work you are suppose to re-adjust the p-brake spring located in the drums. their is a guide floating around on the web for this. don't drive the truck if it's got this brake drag, you will kill the pads and drums quick (made a mistake of over-adjusting). if the p-brake light is still on check the connectors found on the p-brake handle or pedal.

Probably just needs a tightening around the rear brakes, tried to find a youtube of it but nothing good. Had this done on my truck, took the mechanic less than 10 minutes to do.
