Default K&N Air Intake

I just topped my truck off at 113 mi/hr today. Would a k&n air intake help my horsepower? Topspeed? What about gas mileage? Also what about nitrogen filled tires? Are they better? I hate how normal air in tires expand and compress it throws my psi off.

horsepower, yes
top speed, no, ur truck still has a limiter on it (no tuner available yet to change it)
gas mileage yes (if you can keep ur foot out of it)
nitrogen isn't worth the money in my opinion

I am in the tire business and I will be the first to say.... "Nitrogen is a rip off"!!!!!

All it consists of is, moistureless air! Any moisture in the air reduces or nulifies the effect of nitrogen. When the tire is mounted , how do you get the regular air out of the cavity of the tire????? You can't. Plus the metal wheels create condonsation. No way to get the regular air to stay moisture free! Rubber is a porus material. Do the maintence and check your tires! You check your oil don't you?

Uh...why would you ever possibly "need" it to go faster than that?

Haha not trying to go faster than that. I just thought I'd put that out there, and i was just curious if the k&n would increase top speed. And is the k&n a simple plug and play? Because I had a friend that put one in his mustang an I remember him telling me that he had to buy some part to go with the computer system? Like a high performance add on?
GO NOLES- I did a 1 and 3/4" leveling kid and a 6" bds suspension lift.

Quick fact about nitrogen. The air you breath and the same air that is compressed in to tires is about 78% nitrogen already. So that whole paying extra for nitrogen is garbage...
