I want keyless entry and remote start but i hear the stealership is the best place to get them bc they dont need to splice your exsisting wires they just use the factory plugs that are already in the truck. I also hear you can buy the factory set up but you need it flashed from the dealer. Does anyone have experiance with this and can give me some input?

I tried to get a factory harness from Bulldog and they told me there isn't a t-harness for that truck. So I'm not sure where you heard this but on the other hand I don't put much trust in what Bulldog has to say anyway.

I bought it from my dealer for $188 and some change (tax included) - part# 82211073AD (List price $235 on www.mopar.com). It comes as a complete kit with Wireless Ignition Module (WIN), 2 Key Fob's, antenna, hood switch, brackets and wiring. I installed all of the parts except the WIN. The dealer needs to program the WIN and key fobs before they are installed in the truck. I did most of the work as far as installation and it only took them about 30 minutes to install the WIN and do the fobs. Dealer charged me $37.50 for a half hours worth of labor. All together total was under $230.

You'll find the installation guide for the kit here --> http://www.mopar-accessories.com/en-...=3347&pc=45056

Good Luck!
