Unhappy ABS and or Brake Problem

All, noticed today after my ABS and Brake light came on while driving that I have severe vibration when I apply the brakes. It has brand new rotors and tires on it.
The warning lights stay off until I reach 40-50 mph for the first time and then they kick on.
Does this have something to do with the ABS? It sure vibrates hard, almost to a bounce.
Wheel balance is good, and after taking wheels off, all 4 brakes look good. So leaning toward ABS system.

So any other changes besides the brakes and tires?

Have you checked your wheel torque?

Who did the brake job?
