I had this happen to me a few months ago. Took it to the dealer and they had a new actuator installed and had me on my way in a little over an hour. TSB work will be done after warranty has expired at no charge.

2 actuators and a door took 2 days had a new Pentastar powered Durango...not bad but not a HEMI. I think it should be warranty because there was a recall, I have been looking for the paperwork but I cannot find it I just remember the parts. I had the original recall done which was just a reprogramming.
