I had to remove one when I installed my steps due to stripping the threads on the rivet nut. My Dremel did the job with a few relief cuts I was able to get it out.

Well I finaly got them out , took a while to get all 12 of them, actually was kind of a pain. used an metal cutting abrasive blade on my drill to grind them down then push them threw, when I pushed the first one threw I had to fish around with my magnet to get it out then I wised up and put the magnet on it from the back side before working on it that helped alot, man I swear that magnet has been the most usefull tool in my tool box over the years. Well hopfully the rain will stop soon so I can mount my go rhino II bars.

Looks to me like you are missing one rivnut and bolt.I would get on that since well mine were not in correctly and fell off, 6 bolt in fairly thin metal is not strength. You are one bolt short.

I have the same rivets I have to take out tomorrow. How exactly did you cut them out?
