Most likely, they're dry spots. The soap or solution removed the moisture from the leather and that moisture needs to be replaced. A few applications of leather conditioner should do the trick...a wet sponge prior to conditioning should also help the leather absorb some moisture.

Remember to use an amonia free "tint safe" window cleaner when cleaning the tinted side of the glass. Some types of windex will fade your tint over time.
