get a good chiltons or something repair manual and read up on replacing the heater core, it can be tricky,
Well, with my radiator leak, the coolant is clear... I just got the truck and filled it with water to get it home. Oil is good, no water in it, and the level is good too, 3000 miles after the last oil change.
