Default Ringing in the new year...

Well, new years was ok...just laid around posting everything on craigslist for sale "whew" what a job that was.... then I got an offer to trade for a nice new Tuff Tonno cover for my truck since the guy wrecked his, but we ended up playing phone tag because i was mostly asleep on my meds ( which I told him I was hard of hearing as well as recovering from spinal surgry, but I always returned his call but he didnt answer.... The last call, I was signing papers for my wifes wheelchair since she just had surgery on both feet, so I called right away as I got out ( I tried calling him before I left to see if we could meet somewhere since my stepdaughter has to drive for now 15 on a permit) well the azzholio calls me going off on me then got the balls to hang up on me, so I sent him a nice little email, maybe made his ballz shrink up a little cause he never responded to that....lol Anyways I can get more for my guitar/amp anyways and just going to go the route back to the guitar center and sell it outright and order a new one.
Today at 5:30 am I got several emails on my tools and people started showing around 8am by noon everything was sold except all the hand tools. But the jacks/stands/tool chest/creeper/compressor/airtools and the nice stuff flew out the door so now I can get my new gearbox/shocks and after the guitar gets sold Ill get a nice bed cover and that should do me for awhile.... Im happy, my wallets fat and I get some new toys soon....lol

I can buy a new soft cover for $250 or a guy has a hard cover for $50 hmmmmm.... I like the soft cover so you can open the bed to carry stuff when needed, the hard cover limits you but looks better, What do you guys think? Give me some info on your hard/soft cover and pros and cons of them for you. Although I can find soft covers on craigslist for $100 Im undecided still.

Hope your feeling better! Don't rush it though! I say go with the hard cover, can't beat the price and they'll last longer then the soft cover.

I agree.... The hard cover is the way to go. They're more secure, they look better, and they'll last longer too.

If you truly need to haul something they do what I did, LOL buy a utility trailer
