Default Door Handle Replacement

Hello all. Does anyone have any info, like a vid etc. of how to replace the outer handle on passengers side of 97 Ram 1500? I got the panel off, and have started to undo what looks to be holding the handle on, but one nut is very difficult to access. Also confused about removing lock linkage, etc. Thanks!

Thanks guys. Both posts actually helped! I found a removable rubber plug in the door that allows access to the hard to get at nut, and the linkage was a breeze to disconnect, you just turn the plastic clips and the rods will slide right out. Door panel is going back on tonight and I should be done. Thanks again!
