That is awesome, I'm actually looking at putting this same kit on mine. How's the ride? Did you get the anti-sway bar too? And did i hear y'all say that if your running factory tire & wheel size there are no rubbing issues? Cause I am eventually going to switch to some black 20" SRT replica wheels and keep the factory tire size. Sorry for all the questions, got really excited seeing how it looks. haha.

I'm thinking about doing this also.. Just recently picked up a Sport, seems like it would look pretty good dropped.

Is this necessary...or? I just want to understand what all needs to be done and why before I do this to my Express. I plan on adding 22x10 inch wheels as well. What is "roll center" and is it that much off from a 2/4 inch drop?

The suspension has a setup like a panhard bar that locates the axle (driver side to passenger side) so the axle actually does not stay perfectly centered through travel. At oem height, it is centered at stock height, but during travel it will shift (less than 0.5" probably) to one side, then during even more travel it will pull back in. Now that he lowered his truck, it is slightly off center due to changing the suspension's "normal" ride height. IMO for a 2/4 kit or just a 2" rear level kit it's not a concern at all. Even with a lower drop it's probably not a concern but that's MO.

I made sure that I seated all springs properly into the factory rubber...man that sounds funny! lol

Next will be a new billet antenna and exhaust. I am still torn between the Flowmaster 50 HD Catback or welding in a 14" Mufflex. Decisions decisions
Get the Mufflex. And it's bolt in not weld in so if you don't like it it's a simple swap to a different length or back to stock. Love my 18"
