Have the same problem with my 2009. On the first 2 speed settings, the blower motor has a noticable "bearing rub" noise. Sometimes it goes away, but its super annoying. My problem is, my warrenty is up, so this will be a fix I'm doing myself. Priced out a new blower motor for about $100 online, has anyone done this replacement yet? I don't know whats involved in takeing the blower motor out, but I reckon it won't be to difficult.

Not sure about a 09 but in my 02 I had a terrible noise at high settings on my fan, turns out there were acorns in the fan (http://www.ramforumz.com/showthread.php?t=97248).

To take out the fan, all it required was taking out, I believe 3 screws and unplugging the fan from the electrical line. It is located under the glove box to the front right.
