So my buddys decided to play a prank on me and draw all over my truck with blue window paint while i was out of town.....

when i got back it was there for a week so i had to wash it and already wasnt happy and after washing it i found out that the window marker stained the white paint on my truck and i cant get it off so now im Pi$$ed

Heres a few pics of the truck with the blue paint so you can see where its stained

and

And here you can kinda see on the hood where its stained

my question is does anyone have any idea how i can get this $hi* off Thanks...

And if this is in the wrong place please feel free to move it and im sorry.... but i really have no idea where to put this

Man, i would be so pissed, take it to a body shop & sue them for the cost

take loads of pix,
then you could try rubbing compound or a CLAY BAR, before it gets a chance to set hard
but i would at least take it to a body shop or 2 for an estimate

Man thats BRUTAL !!! I would be so f-i mad at them . Don't get me wrong i love a good prank wether recieving or handing them out , but my buddies and i have only 1 rule ... trucks or vehicles are completely off limits !!! I agree with GTyankee on the clay bar and rubbing compound , maybe try a bit of lacquer thinner on a very small spot to see if that does anything ... Good luck man , and i hope you give your buddies a MEGA kick in the arse for this one .

found this online

several different solutions
http://www.wikihow.com/Get-Spray-Paint-off-a-Car

this reminds me of some drinking friends of mine that painted the Ying & Yang symbol on my 1956 Chevy 1/2 ton doors, my truck needed a paint job bad & the doors had cracks in them, but i still did not appreciate it, i replaced the doors a couple months later, kept the old ones for parts

Thanks all for the suggestions but i tried everything that you said might work... I did finally get it off by using Gasoline and a Cotton rag and then cleaned it very thoroughly... The only place that it didnt come off was the scratches on the hood

Heres what it looks like after removing it

Heres the hood... i got off what i could

I don't think my friends would be my friends anymore if they did something this stupid. Window paint is just that... "window" paint. I love pranks and I can hang with the best of them but common sense still has to apply even to pranks. I could see drawing on your windows and what not but on the body? That's just stupid.

Out of pure curiousity if you don't mind my asking, what did they say when you told them it didn't come off?

They said it will you just gotta scrub it.... And when i showed them they said sorry and offerd to help get it off (and didnt get it off) But i got them back by Inviting them to go camping about 2 miles away from my hoyse and took all there keys and left them out there till they walked to my house to get them and walked back to get there Vehicles..
