I put those on afterwards to stick the tires out further just for looks. Not even close to rubbing even without them.
I had on 35x12.50r20 toyos before the bfgs and only needed a 1/4" spacer to clear those.

I was going to ask the same question about these tires. I currently that size in a BFG AT but want something more aggressive.

Alot of the negative press about the MTRs is apparently (I saw this because I cant ask everyone who posted to confirm) from the old design. Alot of more recent reviews seem to be favourable of the Kevler sidewall and new tread design. That being said on another forum I found one member with these tires who loves them and another claims they are incredably loud and poor wet traction.

Best of luck. I still considering them highly as well as I like the size offering and refuse to go spacers because I tow with the Ram.

Ordered 295/60/20 Nitto Terra Grappler ATs yesterday, which is basically a 34.46" X 12.36". Discount Tire swears they'll fit, we'll see. The guy who helped me called Goodyear and they told him the 285/65/20 MTR has been discontinued, I guess it wasnt a popular tire size.

I am also researching the same situation, I want to put BFG AT 285/65/20 with KMC XD series Addict and wanted to see if there will be any rubbing issues as they have a -12 offset.
I am also have a 5100 bilsteins set at 2,1" lift

I have those tires with leveling kit. The 1 1/2" wheel spacers I have puts the stock wheels out as far as a big offset aftermarket wheel and like I said I still have no rubbing. You will be fine with that wheel and tire combo
