Default Gearing

Hey guys, been eyeballing some newer rams lately and i am curious about the gearing of them. Do the newer rams (4th Gen), still have the tags on the rear pumpkin? Salesman dont usually seem to know what is in a specific model. I Have been thinking of a 3/4 ton with the 5.7L. Do the 2500 come standard with a certain set of gears or is it varied? I would ideally like 3.92 and 4.10 would be even better.

If anybody just knows off hand what gears are in what truck or where i could find this out i would love to know.

Thanks

It's a different axle, but they have either 3.73s or 4.10s

If you go to the Ram website and select "build your own" you can see the factory gear options that Timmy listed.

most of the 1500s come with a paper sticker glued to the axle housing

the differentials for the 2500s are 3.42, 3.73, 4.10 limited slip

LOL...looked at the link from GTyankee.....only $50 to add the 4.10's. I thnk that is funny. when you go to buy new gears its WAAAAAYY more than that. I paid $1000 for my 4.56 in my truck. that doesnt include the install.....
