With good weather at a low altitude track, a rcsb with 3.92's on 17's should be capable of high 13's with good driving, IF you let the engine cool WAY down before each pass. Short times will be sub 2.10. I haven't gotten better than a 2.02 out of mine. It went 13.72 on that pass if I remember right. I've been more high 13's than I can I remember in mine, both at Montgomery Motorsports Park in Montgomery, AL, and I went a 13.82 in Bowling Green, KY late last year at the Buick nationals. My best 1/8th mile time was an 8.82, with a fair number of sub 9 second times.

These times are with a stone stock truck-as in, as dodge delivered it. 87 octane, spare tire still under the truck, tailgate still installed and closed, etc. No modifications to the truck whatsoever. I'm at a loss as to how that magazine (can't remember which one) that tested an '09 r/t managed to only run a 14.40. Maybe they didn't practice driving the truck much and/or didn't use 2nd prime, I dunno.
