Just go to your local muffler shop and have them cut off the muffler and resonator and put on dual straight pipes with a couple stainless tips.....If you want an aggressive sound, thats the cheapest way to go, you can't get much louder than that. Most guys like the cat back kits but, I prefer the straight pipe sound. Mine sounds pretty mean!!!

Straight pipes are definately loud, but deep and throaty they're not.

I had a Flowmaster 60 series on my last truck; and I'll admit that when it was idling (after warmed up only) I wished for a 40 series but every other time I loved it.

Hemi Ram,
Did you have to re-tune after the cut?

Straight pipe is the way to go, that's what i got but i left the cats on so it's not disgusting loud it's perfect loud and it's definently deep and throaty, if u want to turn heads when ur drivin by straight pipe is the way to go

Had the Flowmaster Delta Flow 50 series on my 2004 HEMI. Nice rumble to it. Deep though would probably be Dynomax race bullets (I have always loved the way those sound). Summit Racing carries a very reasonably priced chambered muffler.
