Default Small gap between TBS and Manifold?

Got a TBS installed and I went under the hood to check it out, and theres a small gap on one side of the spacer, between it and the manifold. Driving it I did hear the whistle between 2000-2500, and didn't notice anything other than that. Is this something I should be wary of? Or will the O-Ring seal it off just fine

our hemi's supposedly don't respond well to Throttle body Spacers like some other vehicles, most people around here use them to tap for nitrous. If there is a gap and it's leaking u have a problem as u might be losing air from the intake

I simply got it for the whistle sound, I understood prior that I may not get any performance gains. Just making sure that it's not something that'll toss my motor
