So I gave it a tune up, replaced the TPS the LDP and the evap sylenoid. None of that has helped at all in fact it seems worse. The problem only arises when I first start it up with the engine cold, the rpms drop to 500 or less and it acts like it wants to die. Once I put the gas down and ramp the rpms up it comes out of it. It never throws a code when it does this and I'm pretty much out of ideas on what it can be. If any of you have had this problem or know what is causing this the help or advice would be appreciated. Thanks a bunch in advance.

How is your battery? When the battery voltage drops low enough, the computer gets confused and the idle (among other things) doesn't work as it should. As a matter of fact, it won't idle at all without keeping your foot on the throttle. It takes a few miles/minutes to get back to normal idle. It is possible for the voltage to drop enough to confuse the computer and still have just enough to start the engine. I'd suggest you check the battery voltage in the morning BEFORE starting the engine.
