Default Please help me!!!!!

Just got my truck back from the trans shop for the second time and It gotta go back again. Firstly they rebuilt the tranny and then is blew up again during normal highway driving. They "fixed" it and now theres a really weird whine comeing from what sounds like the front end but its only there when in gear and is pressent at idle. Sounds like its in 4wd but its not. sound is not present in park. I am also throwing a P1740 code for TCC solenoid or overdrive solenoid. Also my gas mileage is terrible (8.5 MPG avg) and it feels like I am towing a 5 ton trailer, really labored. HELP ME!!!!!!!!

Sounds like someone not familiar with Mopar transmissions did the work. Not an easy fix.
