Default 4.7 tone wheel swap / change

I've got a 4.7 that blew up, its an 02, and should have the 16T tone wheel on it. I see the newer 4.7's have a 32T tone wheel on them. I haven't pulled the motor yet so I have no idea what I'll see, but is that tone wheel removable, or is it a permenant part of the engine.

Any pics of the tone wheel would be great.

I'd like to get a newer 4.7 if poss., and just swap the tone wheel out.

If anyone has any insight on this please let me know. Thanks

Thanks, kind of a bummer seeing its on the inside of the block, but thats still good news to me. Maybe I'll find a nice 07 to put in it.

That's what I thinking of doing but I'm also between a 6.1 Hemi SRT 8 engine. Which takes alot more converting but time will tell . good luck on the sprocket
