Default four wheel drive

ok so ive been having problems on my 2010 4x4 and its really getting aggravating, ive checked the actuator and its fine and i even took it to the dealership and they couldnt figure it here is the problem, every time I put it in 4x4 whether its HI or LOW when it gets under a load it just kicks thinkin the transfer case or the gears in the front diff but why would the dealership not be able to tell me nothin? I mean dont these guys work on them everyday and hell even SELL THEM!!!

If it's still under warranty I'd call Dodge and talk to them about it.

Popping out of Low could be a safety (mechanical preservation) issue above say 35 MPH (just a guess) but popping out of 4WD Hi? Not cool. Does it happen at the same speed perhaps? Or is it random? I wonder if the computer is not sensing slippage and auto corrects it? I hope not. That's what the 4WD Auto option is for. If I want 4WD, I want 4WD!
The other thing could be that the transfer case detents (sp?) are not holding which would be a warranty issue. Keep us posted please.
