Default Bilstein Shocks

Hello All
Am thinking of putting Bilstein Shocks to level my 4x4 Ram CrewCab. What I would like to know is have any of you installed them yourself? Any problems I could have and if any special tools needed? Am also thinking of putting air bags. Any advice on this would be appreciated also.
Thanks
Mohawk

Default Both

I have the bilstien shocks and the air bags, My buddy is in the garage business, I have a pit and could have done the work but it is a lot easier with a hoist. Putting the shocks on, He has a good size spring compressor, not one of the portable ones, When he was compressing the springs I left the room, There is a lot of pressure there, I also had him do the air lift 1000, again a lot easier on a lift, I also installed the wireless one compressor set up. With this it eliminates all the work in side the cab, It also keep the air bags a minimum of 5lbs.
