Default Stock in comparison to DC-2's

So I am getting really tired of looking at my stock 17's. Am really leaning toward the Dick Cepek DC-2's. Anyone know the stock specs of the 17" rims though? I am adding bushwhacker flares so I am not worried too much about the wheels sticking out, just worried about not having the space for the 315/70r17's I want to put on. I have been hearing that a level will allow me this tire size, but what about the width. If ya can't tell I am completely lost when it comes to this whole wheel and tire thing

It all depends on the backspacing of the wheels, which will also affect how far they stick out.

Yea just not sure of the stock wheel backspacing. If it is less than the DC-2's then I am fine.. if it is more then I am going to have to run a spacer, which I would really not like to do if at all possible.

I'm not sure on the backspacing of the stock rim but I am ordering the DC-2's in the next two weeks and will be getting 4.5" of backspacing on them to allow for 35"x12.5"x17" tires. Good luck with the switch.

Take a wheel off, lay it face down on the ground, put a yardstick or anything across the wheel, pull out your trusty tape measure, and go from the mounting flange to your straight edge of choice (yardstick, etc..).

That way, you will know for sure what you are looking at.

Otherwise, the shop you are getting your wheels from should tell you. Every reputable tire/wheel shop will have a fitment guide with bolt patterns and factory backspacing charts.

Am hoping the SupremeSuspension 3" lift level will give me the xlearance to run my set-up until I get the 5" lift on my truck. The DC-2's look awesome and have ever only seen 1 truck with them on it round here. Everyone else has the shiny black or chrome wheels. Kinda want something different
