Well, its hard to tell without being there to look at it. I have a few questions though,
Are you running stock tires?
What aftermarket items are installed on the front axle?
Did you jack up the front-end to check for play in the front wheels?
Does it happen on hard turns or easy turns?

The Dodge Trucks have a slight vibration when making turns which comes from the differential. You could try something similar to this http://www.amsoil.com/storefront/ada.aspx

Hey schmitty, I have a 2007 1500 4x4. I was having the same problem. Where did u get ur tie rod ends? I thought it was my bearings come to find out it was the tie.rod ends. Both sides were bacd. Did u have any problems screwing the tie rod ends to the tie rod?

I have learned through time that anytime u have to replace tie rods or hug bearings and even brakes u should replace them in pairs cause if oneis bad chances are the other isn t to far behind.
