Default Leveling Kit and Camber/Caster Issues

Hey guys I put a 2.5" Daystar coil spacer on my '03 1500 2wd today.

When I took it in to get the truck aligned they said they couldn't work on the truck because the camber was too far off. They recommend that I purchase a camber/caster kit and then an alignment shop can work on it.

This kit here: http://www.jegs.com/p/Specialty-Prod...55174/10002/-1

What do you all think? Is this necessary? I don't want my tires to burn out prematurely or wear down parts unnecessarily fast. Some guys do the alignment and some don't. Not sure what to do yet besides watching the tire wear closely.

Have you taken it anywhere else?
I dont know if or how much factory adjustment there is on these trucks, but if they are saying that your camber to that far out of spec then it looks like that camber/caster kit is what you need.

I ran out of time yesterday to take it to another shop.

Looks like I will get at least a second opinion and go from there?

Thanks!
