Default Belt Squeal

I just replaced the tensioner pulley which fixed the grinding, bad bearing noise. but now the belt has a constant squeal.. any ideas?? I replaced just the pulley, the mount didn't need replaced. After changing it, I drove for a day and then the next morning it started squealing. Is the belt bad or what? Thanks in advance!

I posted this a few seconds ago under 3.9 v6 forum.. apparently I need my eyes checked, sorry for the double post.

An old technique is just lightly spraying the pulleys and belt with some WD40...

Either you have an old, hard belt or one of the pulleys the belt runs on is not turning. It's most likely an old belt.
