....They got 99.9% of the rail dusting off. I will go back over the spots that were missed but I am very glad I had them do all the work. I will be washing it, clay the 4-5 spots that need it and then polish and wax it .....The truck looks great..... Hopefully they actually got it all off and did not just wash it real good----polish it-----and sent her my way ...... In the direct sunlight you cannot look at the white because it is so blinding

............... I spent my weekend washing, claying, polishing, and waxing the truck again because most of the rail dust spots were back

I busted my rear getting all of the spots off the truck with the clay bar. I used the Meguires clay kit and had to use a ton of elbow grease to get most of them off. I hope that I removed 99% of these because that is too much like work...... If they come back I will be requesting a NEW PAINT JOB from Chrysler..... I will update in a couple weeks......

I had the dealer do it the first time with no success??? I ? what they actually did. I will know in a couple weeks if the effort I put into claying the truck myself really worked. I bet there was 1000 spots on the truck..... Pain in the Rear to do. Truck looks great right now with the new coat of Zymol Wax... We will see what turns out.

That really sucks, man. The only problem I have with mine is a few little rust spots here and there that I am not happy with. I mean, they are only the size of a ball point pen, but that, to me, is not the point! I really hope all of your hard work pays off, but if it doesn't, I would be raising a major stink!

Good to hear they took care of you! Working in a new car department at one time, I use to see this alot. Funny you mention this..theyb should cover the cars up better. It's amazing how much crap sits on these cars! The Mercedes dealer near us had there cars in, and the cars were covered nice..they should do the same with domestic cars.

Yep, well we will have to wait and see what happens.....? Hopefully I have removed all of the spots and will not have to worry about this anymore. If not I will be raising stink at the dealership to have a new paint job done.- - - - - That is why I took the truck in to them the first time. Have all of it documented that they agreed it was rail dust and also tried to fix it. Now it has come back and I have the proof that I went back over the truck again. So only time will tell!
